Frank Howard
Frank Howard, a Union County native, has practiced law for more than twenty-five years. Mr. Howard concentrates his practice in the areas of probate, contracts and real estate law. Mr. Howard is known throughout central Ohio for his expertise in resolving title defects. He is often asked to certify titles to the Union County Common Pleas Court. Additionally, Mr. Howard is the primary legal advisor for Midland Title Agency of Union County. He also has been a guest lecturer at numerous real estate seminars.
In addition to being a licensed attorney, Mr. Howard is also a title agent for First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He is also co-owner of Midland Title Agency of Union County and Midland Development Services, LLC.
