Education:  Dennis Schulze graduated from The Ohio State University College of Law in1968.  Prior to entering into law school,  Dennis Schulze attended Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio.

Military Service: After graduating from Ohio State University, Dennis Schulze, was admitted as an attorney in the Army's Judge Advocate General Corps where he obtained the rank of Colonel.

Practice Areas:  Dennis Schulze is an experienced attorney who has practiced in Union County for more than thirty years.  His practice is concentrated in civil litigation, real estate and development law, and estate planning.  He is recognized throughout the State for his expertise, and has served on the Ohio State Bar Association’s committee on Real Estate Certification of Attorneys.  This committee prepares, administers and certifies the test which allows Ohio attorneys to be recognized as specialists in real estate.  His practice has varied from representing a title insurance underwriter on a multi-million dollar defalcation case to advising individual clients on IRC 1031 tax free exchanges. Mr. Schulze is also counsel for the Union County Realtor’s Association and the Union County Builder’s Association and has been a featured speaker at numerous seminars on real estate, consumer issues and estate planning. 

Affiliations:  In addition to being senior partner at Schulze, Howard & Cox , Mr. Schulze is also the founder of Midland Title Agency of Union County and Midland Development Services .  He is a title agent for First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Insurance Company.
