Education: Faye
Cox graduated magna cum
laude from Bowling Green
State University in 1998. Faye Cox obtained her law
degree from the Ohio State University College of Law in
1998.
Legal Experience:
While in
law school, Faye Cox was research assistant to the Associate
Dean, Professor Gregory Travalio, researching consumer law
issues for a book entitled Ohio Consumer Law.
Faye Cox also clerked for the Seventh District Court of
Appeals and for Bank One, NA in their retail legal division.

Practice Areas:
Mrs. Cox’s practice
includes estate planning,
business planning, probate,
trust termination,
guardianships, adoptions,
consumer law
and real estate development. Mrs. Cox has been a
speaker for seminars on the topics of real estate,
contracts, estate planning, and the Ohio Consumer Sales
Practices Act.
Affiliations:
In
addition to being a licensed attorney, Mrs. Cox is also a licensed
title agent for First American Title Insurance Company and
Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
She is also an owner
of Midland Title Agency of Union County and of Midland
Development Services, LLC.
